KNOWN DNA TEST RESULTS  

To date, there are both R1b Doucet males and C3b Doucet males.

R1b1b2 is a Western European haplogroup.

C3 is a Native American haplogroup, among whom it reaches its highest frequency in the Na-Dené populations.

SIMPLY PUT ......

We need more Doucet(te) males who would be willing to participate in the project.

Now that there is a Family Tree DNA Doucet Surname Project, all who are interested in making monetary contributions may do so.

If you visit the Results segment, I think you will agree that we have a mystery that needs to be solved.

Any such contributions will be used to sponsor test kits for future project participants, who lack financial means, at little and/or no cost to them.
